Description

Overview

The “We’re All the Same Human Beings” Festival 2026 is a groundbreaking, inclusive celebration built around the core philosophy that “differences are individuality, and individuality is strength.” Staged at the vibrant Shinjuku FACE in Tokyo, this multi-day live festival delivers a beautiful message of universal love and mutual understanding. Transcending boundaries of nationality, race, religion, culture, and sexuality, the event brings together an incredibly diverse roster of artists to unite audiences through the universal languages of music, dance, and theatrical song.

The musical program centers on a nostalgic parade of iconic, universally recognized Showa-era pop hits alongside magnificent modern vocal showcases. The festival features a rotating daily lineup alongside anchor acts performing across the entire weekend. Saturday highlights legendary songstress Kumiko alongside beloved personalities Esmeralda and Chiaki Hoimi. Sunday shifts focus to the soaring vocals of Enka powerhouse Mika Jinno, Galantique Kazue, and the brilliant Dorian Lollobrigida. Backed on both days by master tap dancer HideboH, ANZA, Manabu Oda, and KENICHI, this event is a deeply moving cross-cultural experience celebrating the shared tapestry of human expression.
